This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the challenge of sourcing hard-to-find talent, and values being part of a collaborative team.If you are a proactive sourcer who thinks beyond job boards and can creatively identify and engage healthcare professionals, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals across various roles.Use creative sourcing strategies to proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.Engage passive candidates and manage relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.Manage the offer process and coordinate onboarding logistics.Qualifications:3–6 years of experience in healthcare recruitment (agency or in-house), with a strong emphasis on candidate sourcing.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in healthcare staffing.Proven ability to source candidates creatively and effectively through resume databases, social media platforms, online communities, Facebook groups, and other non-traditional channels.Resourceful and self-driven, with a passion for identifying top talent and solving recruitment challenges.Comfortable working with recruiting metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, pipeline conversion, and time-to-fill.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.A collaborative team player who contributes to a supportive and close-knit team environment.Why Join Us: We are a healthcare staffing agency that values collaboration, adaptability, and meaningful contributions.
