As a key member of the email operations team, you will be the guardian of inbox success—proactively managing and optimizing email performance to drive meaningful business outcomes for our top-tier customers.You will lead the charge in diagnosing and resolving deliverability challenges, maintaining best-in-class sender reputation, and establishing direct relationships with ISPs and blocklist authorities. Your role will involve deep data analysis, continuous monitoring of key metrics, and applying best practices to ensure high inbox placement.This role goes beyond just monitoring—it’s about partnering with internal stakeholders including customer success, product, and marketing teams to drive measurable impact. You'll play a pivotal role in influencing campaign strategies, educating clients, and delivering actionable insights that directly contribute to engagement growth and ROI.We're looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, can manage high-stakes client expectations, and is passionate about bringing success stories to life through clean, compliant, and high-performing email programs.QualificationsProven expertise in Email Deliverability and Email Authentication Protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, with a strong grasp of email infrastructure and sender reputation management.Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade Email Marketing Platforms and end-to-end campaign execution.Proficient in using email performance metrics, analytics dashboards, and reporting tools to diagnose issues and optimize outcomes.Solid understanding of ISP relations, feedback loops, list hygiene, and compliance with global spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action and data-backed decision making.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations.A collaborative team player who can effectively work across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to drive results.Prior experience in the MarTech, CPaaS, or SaaS industry is a strong advantage.
