This role encompasses all facets of sales, including client success management, marketing initiatives, pre-sales efforts, commercial coordination, and revenue assurance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in winning new business, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless contract closures, managing billing cycles, and driving revenue realization. They should be relentless in follow-ups, street-smart in negotiations, and proactive in ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and pre-sales teams to ensure an integrated approach to driving business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:1. Business Growth & Sales Execution• New Business Development: Drive new client acquisition and expand into new accounts.• Account Management: Sustain and expand business within existing accounts by cross-selling and upselling.• Lead Conversion: Take leads from generation to closure, ensuring persistent follow-ups.• Sales Pipeline Management: Develop, manage, and track opportunities across various sales stages.• Revenue Ownership: Own and drive revenue targets with a clear focus on profitability and business scalability.2. Client Relationship Management• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.• Act as a trusted advisor, aligning client needs with company offerings.• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.• Provide personalized attention through networking events, executive meetings, and social engagements.3. Commercial Coordination & Revenue Assurance• Oversee contract negotiations, closures, and renewals, ensuring smooth legal and compliance adherence. • Work closely with finance teams for billing, invoicing, and revenue realization.• Manage client and in-house accounts to ensure proper financial tracking and forecasting.• Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups, reducing outstanding dues and improving cash flow. • Develop strategies for revenue assurance, forecasting, and profitability tracking.5. Negotiation & Deal Closing• Be relentless in follow-ups and meeting setups.• Navigate complex negotiations with street-smart strategies and resourcefulness.• Craft and deliver compelling pitches and proposals to win high-value deals.6. Project Oversight & Contract Management• Ensure seamless transition of closed deals to delivery teams for smooth execution.• Oversee project execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.• Manage client contracts effectively to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.7. Travel & Flexibility• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients, attend conferences, and close deals.• Adapt to different time zones and business cultures, demonstrating agility in client interactions.Required Skills & Experience:1. Core Sales Skills• 15+ years of experience in IT sales, enterprise solutions, or technology consulting.• Proven ability to hunt for new business and manage large key accounts.• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B IT environment.2. Relationship & Communication Skills• Excellent communication & negotiation skills – ability to influence CXOs and senior stakeholders. • Street-smart and resourceful in handling challenging client situations.• Smooth and charismatic speaker, able to adapt communication to different audiences.3. Business Acumen & Industry Knowledge• Understanding of Cloud, Big Data, AI, and Analytics solutions.• Ability to translate technical offerings into business benefits.• Experience working with financial, telecom, manufacturing, and capital markets clients is a plus.4.
