About the Role:We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Social Media & Brand Manager who can drive ourbrand's presence across digital and offline platforms. This role sits at the intersection ofstrategy, creativity, and execution — ideal for someone who can plan compelling contentcalendars, coordinate with influencers and creators, and align multiple teams around aunified brand vision.If you're passionate about storytelling, building community, and love turning strategies intoaction, this could be the perfect fit for you.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management● Plan and execute monthly social media calendars across Instagram and social mediaplatforms● Own the end-to-end process of content development — from brief to shoot topublishing.● Work closely with designers, video editors, photographers, and videographers tobring brand stories to life.● Identify trends, opportunities, and platform innovations to keep content fresh,relevant, and engaging.Influencer & Creator Management:● Source, brief, and manage influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns.● Build long-term relationships with creators aligned with the brand ethos.● Track performance of influencer campaigns and optimize for better engagement andreach.Brand Management:● Act as the internal brand custodian: ensure brand consistency across all customertouchpoints.● Coordinate across departments (design, operations, marketing) to bring 360°campaigns to life.● Assist in shaping and refining the brand voice, identity, and key messaging.● Develop brand assets (decks, guidelines, briefs) for stakeholders.Analytics & Reporting● Monitor performance metrics for social channels and influencer campaigns.● Share monthly insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness.● Track brand health indicators and help suggest new initiatives based on feedback.Key Skills Required:● Strong experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging socialplatforms.● Excellent project management and coordination skills — ability to manage multiplestakeholders and deadlines.● Sharp creative instincts and a strong understanding of visual storytelling.● Strong communication and writing skills for captions, influencer briefs, and internalcoordination.● Ability to think both strategically (big picture) and tactically (execution-focused).● Familiarity with basic tools like Canva, Trello/Asana, Meta Business Suite, InfluencerCRM tools.● Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting engagement metrics and campaignresults.Preferred Background:● 5–6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally at a consumer brand, agency, orD2C company.● Previous experience working directly with influencers or managing brandcollaborations is a must.● Bonus points for experience in wellness, F&B, or lifestyle categories.What You’ll Get:● Opportunity to shape and grow a brand from an early stage.● Dynamic, fast-paced environment where your ideas are heard and executed.● A collaborative and creative team that values initiative and ownership.
