This is a hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and closing deals with new clients. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence within the US. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic individual contributor with a proven track record of success in IT staffing sales, specifically in onboarding new business. This is not an account management role.Key Responsibilities:New Business Development: This is your primary focus. Identify and engage decision-makers at target organizations to generate new business opportunities. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve aggressive growth targets.Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events.Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
