Founded by Ranbir Baidwan with over 33 years of experience, we help people find clarity and direction in their lives.Job Description: We are seeking spiritually inclined Telesales Executives with a basic understanding of astrology to convert leads from our social media campaigns into enrolled students. The ideal candidate will combine sales skills with genuine interest and knowledge in astrology and spiritual practices.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to leads generated through Google, Facebook, and InstagramExplain course benefits and spiritual learning opportunities using your astrology knowledgeAddress technical queries about astrology concepts and coursesFollow up with interested leads and guide them through the enrollment processMaintain accurate records of all calls and conversions in our CRM systemMeet weekly and monthly sales targetsProvide feedback on lead quality and customer preferencesRequired Qualifications:Basic knowledge of astrology concepts and principlesGenuine interest in spiritual practices and occult sciencesMinimum 2 year of experience in telesales or call centre operationsFluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)Excellent communication and persuasion skillsBasic computer proficiencyExperience with Microsoft ExcelGoal-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skillsPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge in AstrologyExperience in selling educational coursesCompensation Structure:Base salary plus attractive incentives on every successful course enrollmentIncentives paid monthly based on individual performanceDetailed incentive structure will be explained during the interviewEmployment Terms:2 months probation period with performance reviewConfirmation based on meeting targets and performance standards during probationPost-confirmation benefits include health insurance and other company perksGrowth Opportunities:Advanced training in astrology and spiritual practicesLearning opportunities in digital marketing and sales techniquesEqual Opportunity Employer: Astroguide is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
