With our presence expanding rapidly, we are building a strong team to drive exponential growth across e-commerce platforms.Position Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of E-commerce who will own the complete P&L and strategic direction for all E-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Nykaa, Myntra, FirstCry), Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart), and Shopify sales channels. This is a leadership role that involves driving growth, building a high-performance team, analyzing market trends, and elevating the brand presence of Z GUARD across India.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Nykaa, FirstCry, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and Shopify.Own and drive P&L for all e-commerce and quick commerce sales channels (D2C and marketplaces).Completely responsible for sales in ecommerce and quick commerce.Strong Experience in running different campaigns in ecommerce and quick commerce platforms.Lead team formation, development, and performance management for the e-commerce division.Collaborate with the R&D and product development team to identify trending SKUs, market gaps, and competitive product benchmarks.Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and platform performance tracking to inform product and pricing strategy.Lead campaign planning, brand positioning, and monthly sales forecasts (AOP planning).Propose and oversee seasonal and event-based marketing campaigns.Drive monthly internal/external business reviews, business health reporting, and demand forecasting.Digital marketing and social media management experience is a strong added advantage.Contribute to brand development, storytelling, and awareness across all online platforms.Professional Experience – E-commerce & Quick Commerce Ad Campaigns:Proven expertise in running ads on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Nykaa, FirstCry—including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and category visibility campaigns.Experience with Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) — running banner ads, search keyword placements, hero slot buying, and promoted listings.Demonstrated ability to optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales), TACoS (Total ACoS), and CTR/CVR metrics across all platforms.Ability to track and optimize campaigns in real-time on quick commerce apps where product visibility impacts hourly or daily sales velocity.Familiar with Q-Commerce backend panels (like Blinkit Brand Partner Dashboard) and sales analytics dashboards to monitor ad spend vs. revenue impact.Experience in promotions management, deal funding, and co-op campaigns on quick commerce to increase new user acquisition and visibility.Skilled in geo-targeted ad campaigns to boost penetration in high-order volume cities/zones (essential for Blinkit, Zepto). Strategic Skills – Scaling Sales Through Ad Strategy & Planning:Built channel-specific ad strategies for both long-tail marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart) and hyperlocal, high-frequency apps (Blinkit, Zepto).Created multi-platform ad budget allocation plans, balancing between high-ROAS marketplaces and fast-moving Q-Commerce for sell-through.Expertise in SKU prioritization for Q-Commerce—identifying fast movers, high-margin items, and seasonal essentials to promote through hero slots.Developed AOP (Annual Operating Plan) with platform partners including sales targets, ad budgets, margin structures, and campaign calendars.Collaborated with demand planners to align ad spends with inventory forecasts and avoid overstock/understock during peak traffic periods.Launched new products through Q-commerce using limited-period visibility + ad boosts to test market readiness and pricing response.Used Q-Commerce data insights (like bounce rate, reorder rate, fulfillment TAT) to fine-tune ad frequency and product positioning.Desired Skills & Experience:6–7+ years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce and quick commerce operations in the cosmetics or personal care.
