Sales/Business Development (US Market - IT services and staffing solutions)Location – Work from Home (India)We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales or Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is focused on selling IT services and staffing solutions to clients in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US staffing ecosystem, proven experience in B2B sales, and a solid track record of building and managing client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities with clients across the US.Sell contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent staffing solutions to mid-sized and enterprise clients.Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, account management, and consultation.Understand client requirements and work closely with the recruiting team to ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates.Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs related to lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue.Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.Attend networking events, and leverage LinkedIn and other channels to grow your business pipeline.Requirements:2–5+ years of experience in sales or business development, in IT services or staffing industry (US market).Strong knowledge of US staffing lifecycle, including MSP/VMS and direct client engagements.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently during US business hours.Must have a personal computer and good internet connection to work from home setting.Nice to Have:Prior experience working with Tier-1 vendors or direct clients.Understanding of technical roles (ETL, BI, DWH, AI/ML/NLP, Java, .NET, DevOps, Project Managers, etc.) and IT project-based solutions.Existing network of US-based clients or decision-makers.
