We are looking for someone who understands the US IT recruitment ecosystem end-to-end but instead of filling roles, will act as a platform evangelist who:Encourages job seekers to sign up on CredX and complete their profile.Builds relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and staffing firms to get them to post job requirements on CredX.Promotes the value of using pre-screened and verified candidates from the platform.Drives outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls to pitch CredX to potential users (both candidates and companies).Responsibilities:Educate & onboard job seekers to build quality candidate supply.Pitch CredX to staffing firms and hiring managers, showing how it saves time and improves hiring outcomes.Identify and engage with key decision-makers in small to mid-sized companies.Run email and LinkedIn campaigns to drive platform registrations.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to give feedback on messaging and onboarding flow.Requirements:3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment (end-to-end understanding required).Strong knowledge of hiring cycles, H1B/GC/EAD/Citizen candidate sourcing, and vendor-client ecosystems.Experience in outbound sales or business development is a strong plus.Excellent communication and persuasion skills.Self-starter, high-energy, and results-driven.
