The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research to identify leads, sourcing sample resumes, assisting in executive hiring, supporting business development initiatives, and managing digital marketing efforts. This role is crucial in enhancing our operational efficiency and expanding our client base.Research & Lead Generation:Conduct client and lead research to identify potential hiring opportunities.Source and qualify leads for staffing and recruitment purposes.Identify and collect sample resumes for different job roles.Research market trends to support business development strategies.Executive Hiring & Recruitment Support:Assist in executive search and hiring processes.Collaborate with recruiters to identify top talent.Provide research support for strategic hiring initiatives.Business Development Support:Identify potential clients and stakeholders for staffing services.Gather and analyse data to support sales and client acquisition strategies.Assist in preparing business proposals and presentationsProcess Documentation & Digital Marketing:Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for research and recruitment processes.Support digital marketing efforts, including content writing and social media management.Assist in drafting collateral materials such as whitepapers, brochures, and case studies.Administrative & Compliance Support:Complete supplier registration forms and maintain compliance documentation.Support data entry and reporting tasks to ensure accuracy in records.Requirements:Master’s degree in business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.Work entirely in Night Shift.1-3 years of experience in research, lead generation, or a similar role (preferably in US staffing or US recruitment).Strong analytical and internet research skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Potential to travel to US after 9 – 12 Months on BI/B2 Visa
