We are now looking for a dedicated HR professional who can help us build a positive, productive, and high-performing workplaceRole Summary:We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive or Manager with hands-on experience in sales hiring and team performance management for the FMCG or personal care sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring Sales Executives, Area Sales Managers (ASM), and Regional Sales Managers (RSM) across regions and setting up robust performance management frameworks to monitor field teams.Key Responsibilities: Sales Team Hiring & OnboardingRecruit and onboard high-performing Sales Executives, NSM, ASM, and RSM in alignment with expansion goals.Build strong sourcing pipelines through job portals, internal referrals, LinkedIn, and recruitment agencies.Develop and standardize interview scorecards and role-specific assessments for sales positions.Conduct structured onboarding and induction for newly hired sales staff. Sales Channel Development SupportCollaborate with management and business heads to understand regional sales strategies and manpower needs.Map territory structures and plan resource deployment in high-opportunity geographies.Assist in setting up distributor-level staffing in coordination with ASMs/RSMs. Performance Monitoring & HR OpsDevelop and track monthly KRAs and KPIs for the sales team.Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity, and attrition.Maintain sales team data (hiring status, attrition reports, salary compliance, PIP, etc.).Coordinate with finance and admin for incentives, reimbursements, and travel policies. Talent Development & CultureIdentify skill gaps and recommend training programs for sales productivity and soft skills.Build a performance-driven, compliant, and motivated sales culture through rewards, recognition, and grievance resolution.Handle HR escalations from field staff with a balance of empathy and organizational interest.Must-Have Experience & Skills:3+ years in HR recruitment and sales hiring for FMCG or personal care companies.Hands-on experience hiring field sales profiles like Sales Executive, ASM, RSM pan-India.Familiarity with sales compensation structure, channel setup, and market mapping.Strong knowledge in HRMS tools, Excel, MIS, and performance tracking dashboards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to relate with salespeople and management.Strong ownership, urgency, and decision-making skills.Preferred Qualifications:MBA or PGDM in HR or related field.FMCG industry experience (cosmetics, personal care, wellness categories preferred).Exposure to high-growth or early-stage company environments is an advantage.What You Get:Opportunity to build a sales team from the ground up in a fast-growing, purpose-driven company.Exposure to multi-channel sales strategy (offline, e-commerce, modern trade).A culture of innovation, trust, and fast execution.Competitive salary + growth-based performance incentives.
