Roles and Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and development teams, to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Develop and maintain detailed business process models and workflows.Analyze existing business processes, systems, and applications to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and assist in the design and implementation of solutions.Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.Act as the liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training to ensure successful implementation of solutions.Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and assist with risk management and issue resolution.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve processes and methodologies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst, or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business operations and technology solutions.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex business problems and propose effective solutions.Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Skills:Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
