This opportunity is with a leading US Product Tech Organization.Job Title: Director / Senior Director - COO Location: Noida, IndiaExperience Required: 18+ YearsHybrid Work CulturePreferred Diversity Candidates OnlyPosition Overview: The Chief of Staff (CoS) / COO serves as a key strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, facilitating the execution of key initiatives, streamlining operations, and ensuring alignment across departments. The Chief of Staff / COO will be responsible for managing key projects, overseeing day-to-day operations, and providing operational support to ensure organizational effectiveness. This role involves both strategic oversight and tactical support, making it essential to the smooth functioning of the organization.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Support & Coordination:Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO, senior leadership, and other departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment on company goals.Assist in the development, communication, and execution of the company’s strategic initiatives and priorities.Ensure that strategic goals are being met and that key projects are progressing on schedule.2. Project Management:Oversee high-priority projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, managing any issues or roadblocks that may arise.Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration across departments to drive project success.3. Executive Support:Support the CEO in day-to-day decision-making, problem-solving, and managing high-priority tasks.Prepare and review key presentations, reports, and documents for senior leadership and external stakeholders.Represent the CEO in meetings, providing updates and ensuring that strategic objectives are being met.Operational Efficiency:Streamline and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency, communication, and decision-making within the organization.Identify areas for improvement within organizational workflows and work with teams to implement changes.Coordinate meetings, manage CEO’s calendar, and ensure key activities are prioritized effectively.5. Leadership & Team Collaboration:Serve as a liaison between leadership and other departments, ensuring that all teams are aligned with the organization’s strategic direction.Provide guidance and support to department heads, helping to solve problems and remove obstacles.Foster a positive and collaborative organizational culture by promoting open communication, teamwork, and accountability.6. Data-Driven Decision Making:Collect, analyze, and present data and key performance metrics to support decision-making for the CEO and leadership team.Help synthesize complex information and offer actionable insights to guide executive decisions.Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic recommendations.7. Crisis Management & Problem-Solving:Act as a key problem-solver during times of organizational challenges or crises.Identify potential risks or issues early and collaborate with leadership to develop solutions.Ensure the organization remains agile and responsive in dynamic environments.8. Internal Communication:Ensure smooth communication flow between departments, senior leaders, and teams.Develop and implement strategies to keep the entire organization informed about key priorities, updates, and changes.Help to manage internal messaging and ensure consistency with company values and objectives.9. External Stakeholder Engagement:Represent the CEO in meetings with external stakeholders, clients, and partners as needed.Manage relationships with key external contacts and provide support on important strategic partnerships.Coordinate external events or activities that align with the organization’s strategic goals.Qualifications:Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
