Cost ControllerWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join our team. The Controller will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the Plant financial/Costing activities, including budgeting, Costing, KPI Management and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Manufacturing finance, experience in Renewables sector, and the ability to drive operational efficiency and optimize financial performance. This is a key position within the company and will require strategic thinking, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Full HQ exposure.ResponsibilitiesMonthly Manufacturing statement for Blade plant & KPI reporting Preparing and publishing timely monthly MIS statements (Local & HQ)Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, working closely with department heads to establish financial goals and objectivesCoordinate with AP team to ensure hygiene of Plant Accounting BOM Cost analysis & Standard Cost comparison.Inventory & Fixed asset control & Audit (Periodically) Streamlining and improving accounting systems and operationsEnsuring all reporting is compliant with statutory law and financial regulationsAssisting the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders and board membersMaintain prices in the system for Cost Records.Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors (Internal/External/Cost), Govt Agencies, Tax agents etc. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and safeguard company assetsRequirements Bechler degree with CA/CMA Certification Minimum 7-10 years’ of experience in Manufacturing Finance (full time post qualification experience)Strong knowledge of Costing principles and analysis.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Excellent communication and negotiation skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Extremely high levels of integrity, ability to operate with absolute transparency and ethics are of absolute essence.
