If you identify with what we do and are interested in being a part of an aggressively growing brand, we would love to have you on boardAbout the Role:As an Associate/ Senior Associate - Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment with business goals and deliver measurable results. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing.Roles & Responsibilities : Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and others.Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives, including scaling campaigns and driving customer acquisition.Identify new opportunities for growth through emerging platforms and channels.Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.Provide detailed reports on performance metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.Efficiently allocate and manage budgets to maximize ROI and maintain performance targets.Work with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages optimized for conversions.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business strategies.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.Proficiency in paid platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and others.Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and BI dashboards.Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns with measurable results.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.PS: Our hiring team will review your application and should we find your background to be a fit for this role, we will be in touch.
