Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, technology, operations, sales, marketing) to develop and launch new features or services. Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, planning, development, launch, and iteration. Monitor product performance using data and analytics to drive decisions and continuous improvements. Act as the voice of the customer to ensure exceptional experience across all touchpoints (digital, on-ground, mobile app, CRM). Work closely with tech teams to ensure timely and high-quality product launches. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback post-launch.
