Role: Head of Brillio AcademyLocation: Bangalore, IndiaReporting To: Chief People OfficerRole Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking leader to head Brillio Academy, our global center of excellence for learning and capability development. This role is pivotal in driving the technical upskilling and continuous learning agenda across Brillio’s global delivery organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in leading learning strategies within the IT and Digital Services space, with a specific focus on building future-ready technical talent.As the Head of Brillio Academy, you will shape and execute a comprehensive learning charter that spans early-career enablement, domain capability building, and advanced technical skill development. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning, enabling our workforce to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of Brillio Academy, with strong emphasis on technical and digital upskilling across roles and geographies.Drive design, delivery, and impact measurement of learning programs focused on emerging technologies, certifications, and domain-specific capabilities aligned to business needs.Partner with global business and technology leaders to identify skill gaps, define role-based learning journeys, and build agile learning roadmaps to support growth and transformation initiatives.Forge strategic collaborations with top-tier technology providers (AWS, Salesforce, Microsoft, SNOW, etc.) and learning platforms to curate and deliver cutting-edge training content and certifications.Lead campus-to-career enablement initiatives that ensure new talent is job-ready through structured technical onboarding and immersive learning interventions.Work in close collaboration with HR COEs (Talent Management, OD, Geo HR) to ensure alignment with Brillio’s career architecture and internal mobility frameworks.Support reskilling and redeployment of internal talent, in partnership with Resource Management, to optimize bench utilization and strengthen project readiness.Inspire and manage a high-performing L&D team, fostering innovation, accountability, and excellence.Govern the Academy’s budget and learning investments, ensuring maximum ROI and sustainable skill development outcomes.Candidate Profile:15+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with strong emphasis on technical capability building in the IT Services or Digital Transformation sector.Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide L&D strategies for organizations with a global footprint (5,000+ employees).Hands-on experience in building role-based learning paths, managing large-scale certification programs, and partnering with technology providers for capability upliftment.Strong understanding of the evolving technology landscape, digital skills, and future workforce trends.Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to translate business priorities into actionable learning outcomes.Expertise in budget planning and managing learning ROI.A people-centric leader with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing L&D teams.
