Job Title: Senior Architect – 3D Modeling & DesignLocation: PunePosition Type: Full-timeOpenings: 1Job Description:We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Senior Architect with strong expertise in 3D modeling and architectural design to lead and manage design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architectural planning, 3D visualization, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of architectural projects including conceptual design, 3D modeling, and detailed planning.Oversee project execution from schematic design through construction documentation.Create photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs using tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or Revit.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior architects and designers.Conduct site visits, ensure adherence to design intent, and resolve any architectural issues during construction.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.Minimum 6–8 years of professional experience in architecture, with strong exposure to 3D modeling and design.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar.Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural and 3D design skills.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.Preferred Qualifications:Registered Architect (optional but preferred).Experience in commercial, residential, or institutional projects.Contact : Gorakshanath Shinde 8956444825
