Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to own the entire customer acquisition pipeline — from lead generation to conversion — and help drive growth by onboarding businesses to post job openings on CredX.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Research, identify, and generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, and inbound channels.Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients (HRs, founders, recruiters) through cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and personalized email sequences.Sales Pipeline Ownership: Manage the full sales funnel — from initial contact and demo scheduling to follow-ups, negotiations, and onboarding.Marketing Collaboration: Align with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns, create outreach materials, and optimize conversion strategies.Product Demos: Deliver compelling product walkthroughs that demonstrate CredX’s value in streamlining hiring.CRM & Reporting: Track all outreach and sales activities in CRM systems, and provide insights for pipeline improvement.Market Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and share insights with product and marketing teams to refine offerings.Requirements2+ years experience in B2B/B2C sales or marketing roles (HRTech, SaaS, recruitment, or staffing experience preferred).Proven success with cold outreach, lead generation, and campaign execution.Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable engaging with SMBs, tech startups, and recruitment consultancies.Self-starter mindset with a passion for growth and measurable results.Compensation:We offer a competitive starting package of ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month during the initial 3-month performance review period.Based on your results and impact, we’ll match or exceed your expected CTC post-review. High performers will be fast-tracked for a performance-based hike and long-term growth opportunities within the company.
