With ambitious growth targets for 2025, we are expanding our team to support our increasing portfolio of projects across multiple sectors.Position Summary:Brite Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management team in the successful delivery of enterprise technology implementations, including Salesforce, Microsoft, and AWS-based solutions. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in organizing project activities, maintaining schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure timely project delivery.• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring follow-ups on action items.• Communicate project progress to stakeholders, addressing any issues that may arise.• Maintain project management tools and ensure all team members are up to date on project activities.• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.• Support risk management by identifying potential project risks and assisting in developing mitigation strategies.• Provide administrative support such as preparing presentations, managing project files, and handling communications.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in the IT or software implementation industry.• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft, or ServiceNow platforms is a plus.• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.Brite Systems is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
