Job Title: Deputy Manager - Corporate CommunicationsLocation: Chennai, IndiaReports to: CEOJob Summary: Looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager for Corporate Communications to join us. This role involves managing internal and external communications, organization of events, protecting and promoting the goodwill, managing relationships, ensuring alignment with organizational values, and maintaining consistency in messaging across various channels.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Communication Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans aligned with the firm's goals and objectives.Collaborate with senior leadership to craft key messages and communication strategies.Internal Communications:Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and internal social media platforms.Ensure timely and effective dissemination of important company updates, announcements, and initiatives.Foster employee engagement through creative and interactive communication campaigns.External Communications:Including effective communication with all stake holders – clients, corporates, service providers etc. This will include making and managing emails, flyers, websites, social media etc. Content Creation and Management:Develop high-quality content for various communication channels, including written, visual, and multimedia formats.Ensure all communications adhere to the professional ethics and guidelines.Manage content on the firm's intranet and other internal platforms.Crisis Communication:Develop and implement crisis communication plans to manage and mitigate potential risks.Act as one of the points of contact for all crisis communication efforts.Quality and Compliance Standards:Ensure all communications are fact-checked and aligned with organizational values, tone of voice, and goals.Adhere to legal, regulatory, and policy guidelines in all communications.Metrics and Reporting:Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.Provide regular reports to senior leadership on communication metrics and outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in corporate communications, preferably in a managerial role.Excellent written & verbal communication skills – accurate perception, correct expression Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.Key Competencies:Strategic ThinkingCreativity and InnovationAttention to DetailInterpersonal SkillsCrisis ManagementBrand ManagementJoin us and be a part of a team that values excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
