Key ResponsibilitiesGrowing revenue and profitability by maximizing the potential of the existing customer base while, concurrently gaining additional market-share;Responsible for generating new business through leads, new channel creations and more and also, Responsible for continuous development of the product offering to existing clients.Align and manage internal stakeholders within products and technology to ensure timely deliverables, maintain regular visibility of project's progress and impact post go-live.Liaise with Internal & External Stakeholders to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.Maintain advanced knowledge of trends in the payments industry across all products and provide feedback and insights to internal teams to maintain a competitive advantage on grounds of product, process and tech at ongoing basisRelevant IndustryBanking / Digital Payments/ eCommerce/ Insurance Desired profile of the candidate Relevant experience in Banking on PA or BBPS side; e-commerce merchant/ payments; Fintech partners(Fintech) domain knowledge is a must; digital DNA is criticalDemonstrated competence with Client Management; having managed large accountsProven ability to build relationships with key external and internal stakeholders and business leadersStrong Educational BackgroundMBA (or equivalent) from a reputed university or similar professional qualificationsMin. Exp. 4 yearsMax. Exp. 10 years
