Job Title: Programme Management & Technical ExpertLocation: Odisha (Onsite)Languages Required: Odia, Hindi, EnglishSalary: NegotiableEducational Qualifications:- Option 1: Post Graduate (M.Tech/M.E.) in Structural Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Water Resources Engineering with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience. - OR - Option 2: B.Tech/B.E. (or Equivalent) in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.Experience:- Proven experience in the Government Water Supply / Sewerage Sector. - Hands-on experience dealing with technical and managerial matters like: - Design of Water Supply/Sewerage Systems - Preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRS) - Technical Monitoring, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance - Familiarity with government standards, policies, and implementation strategies for urban and rural infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the technical aspects of project planning, design review, and monitoring activities. - Review, approve, and guide the preparation of DPRS and tender documents. - Coordinate with government officials, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders for the smooth execution of projects. - Provide technical inputs and recommendations for project improvements and troubleshooting. - Monitor quality, timelines, and compliance of construction works and ensure alignment with approved designs and standards. - Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, and documentation for high-level reviews. - Facilitate training, capacity building, and knowledge sharing within project teams.Skills Required:- Strong technical knowledge in design, execution, and monitoring of Water Supply/Sewerage projects. - Excellent project management and leadership skills. - Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Good command over Odia, Hindi, and English languages (speaking, reading, and writing). - Proficiency in using engineering software and project management tools.How to Apply: Interested candidates must submit:- An updated CV - Their present and expected salary - Their notice periodApplications should be sent to hr.radiant.archi@ by 4th May 2025
