A fast-growing valuation start-up in India is on the lookout for a talented senior-level professional to join its dynamic team. The firm excels in providing offshore valuation services to clients across the US, Germany, the UK, and Canada, with expertise in IRC 409A, ASC 718, ASC 805, ASC 350, and ASC 360.Responsibilities: Market Research : Perform in-depth market analysis to uncover industry trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities. Financial Analysis : Create detailed financial models, including LBOs, DCFs, and other valuation techniques, to support investment decision-making. Presentation Preparation : Craft and deliver compelling investment memos, pitch books, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders. Models and reports:Develop and refine Excel-based models and reports for diverse valuation projects.What You Bring to this position Experience:Minimum of 3 years in valuation, with strong expertise in IRC 409A, ASC 805, ASC 350 and ASC 820. Education:A master’s degree or MBA in finance, accounting, economics, or CFA certification is preferred. Skills:Proficiency in advanced Excel, combined with sharp analytical thinking, effective communication, and strong leadership abilities.
