A natural communicator, you thrive on building relationships, are detail-oriented, and curious about international markets, with a willingness to turn obstacles & challenges into opportunities & be adaptive in employing tools & tech at your disposal to complete objectives.What will you be doing? 1) Market Research & Client Targeting: Conduct in-depth research to identify high-potential clients (B2B) and strategic partnerships in specified countries using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and industry reports. 2) Sales Strategy Support: Assist in crafting targeted outreach campaigns, including email templates, cold-calling scripts, and LinkedIn messaging frameworks to engage decision-makers. 3) Multi-Channel Client Outreach: - Execute cold calls to prospects, confidently pitching services and addressing objections. - Design and send personalized email campaigns tailored to industry verticals. - Leverage LinkedIn outreach to build connections and initiate conversations with key stakeholders. 4) CRM Management: Track and update all interactions (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages) in HubSpot/Salesforce/Excel to ensure seamless lead nurturing. 5) Sales Collaboration: Partner with BD team leads to refine outreach strategies, share feedback, and align efforts with quarterly sales targets. 6) Presentation Creation: Develop polished pitch decks and one-pagers customized to client needs and regional market nuances. 7) Content Development: Assist cross-teams in preparing marketing collaterals, Social media & other relevant outreach assetsWhat would your day look like? 1) Kickstart with researching high-potential clients in the International markets using Apollo, LinkedIn, and Crunchbase while collaborating with the BD team to prioritize leads. 2) Spend focused hours executing cold calls, crafting personalized email campaigns, and initiating LinkedIn outreach tailored to time zones and industry verticals. 3) Manage CRM updates, schedule follow-ups, and nurture leads with timely reminders and value-driven communication throughout the sales cycle. 4) Refine outreach methods through A/B testing of email subject lines, call scripts, and LinkedIn hooks to boost engagement rates 5) Analyze competitor strategies to uncover trends and share actionable insights with the team. 6) Use research tools like Apollo.io or Hunter.io to propose efficiency hacks and stay updated on global sales trends. 7) Track daily outreach metrics (calls, responses, conversions) and align tasks with weekly/monthly targets via progress dashboards 8) Collaborate with cross-teams to align outreach content with brand guidelines and client needs.Qualifications & Skills required: 1) Proven interest in B2B lead generation, business development, or marketing, with a curiosity for global market trends. 2) Good communication skills to craft persuasive outreach (emails, calls) and articulate value propositions clearly. 3) Basic proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM platforms (Good-to-have). 4) Strong analytical aptitude - Comfortable interpreting outreach metrics, managing data in Excel/Sheets, and deriving actionable insights. 5) Detail-oriented researcher with a knack for sourcing high-potential leads and cross-border partnership opportunities. 6) Proactive, self-driven mindset -Thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces iterative learning. 7) Master multitasker - Balances priorities, adapts to shifting goals, and delivers quality under deadlines.Why work with us?
