Our clients include some of India's leading D2C brands, enterprises, and marketplaces.Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant Manager – Finance to support our daily accounting operations at a high-growth. The role involves managing daily entries, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and TCS regulations using Tally ERP. You’ll handle provisioned and prepaid expenses, vendor and bank reconciliations, and generate reports on accounts payables and receivables, while contributing to month-end closures and aligning financial activities with departmental goals.Roles & Responsibilities:- Daily Entries: Record daily entries related to accounts & Organize records of accounts (Tally ERP Knowledge is must) - Work according to the objectives of the accounts function that aligns with the accounting department's goals. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST TDS & TCS and all other relevant regulations. - Take ownership of activity closure and manage all accounts functions related to operational tasks. - Prepaid & Provision Expenses: Hand-experience on experience to manage the provision expenses month on-month - Reconciliations of Bank, Vendors & etc. - Generate reports detailing accounts payables & receivables status.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in commerce (BCom) minimum - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Accounts department - Tally ERP 9 Knowledge is preferredWhat We Offer- Opportunity to work at a high-growth, Y Combinator-backed startup. - Structured learning and growth path across core finance functions. - Mentorship from experienced finance leaders. - Performance-driven promotions and role advancements. - Competitive salary.
