Job Description

Job Purpose- Responsible for demand generation for ophthalmic equipment’s in assigned territory - Responsible for the effective demo of the ophthalmic Equipments in assigned territory - Responsible for the sales of Equipments in the assigned territory - provide pre-sales technical assistance such as demo and product education - work on after-sales customer engagement and provide technical back up as required - arrange and carry out product training to the customer - search for new customers who might benefit from company products or services and maximize - customer potential in designated regions - develop long-term relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their re- - quirements - Implement plans and strategies with support of area development Manager - Strict adherence to organisation policy w.r.t reporting, ethics, training etcMajor Accountabilities:- Responsible for demand generation of assigned Aurolab equipments from the region allocated. - This shall be achieved through regular visits, maintaining good rapport, Display good - knowledge of procedure and product. - Arrange and carry out product training - Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records - Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects - Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events - Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs - liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts - Provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales team. - Responsible to meet the sales targets as assigned by the organization on month on month basis - Implementing the sales demo completely without deviation - Collect competitor information and happenings and pass it on to Area manager - Maintain doctor call list and update customer database in regular intervals - Responsible for demand generation of assigned Aurolab equipments from the region allocated. - This shall be achieved through regular visits, maintaining good rapport, Display good - knowledge of procedure and product. - Arrange and carry out product training - Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records - Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects - Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events - Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs - liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts - Provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales team. - Responsible to meet the sales targets as assigned by the organization on month on month basis - Implementing the sales demo completely without deviation - Collect competitor information and happenings and pass it on to Area manager - Maintain doctor call list and update customer database in regular intervals
