Role Overview: We are looking for a highly connected B2B Sales Manager who can leverage their extensive network to drive immediate sales and establish Elmoft as a leading name among architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and corporate clients. You must come with your own strong network and be ready to deliver from day one. Key Responsibilities: - Build and expand Elmoft’s presence across residential, commercial, and institutional projects. - Leverage existing relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and procurement heads. - Identify, pitch, and close new B2B deals, partnerships, and long-term contracts. - Act as the brand ambassador at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. - Provide real-time market feedback to support product development and strategy refinement. Who You Are: - A highly networked B2B sales professional with 5+ years of experience in the furniture, interiors, modular construction, or allied industries. - Proven track record of closing large deals and exceeding sales targets. - Deep connections with decision-makers in architecture, design, real estate, and corporates. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Highly self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Experience: - Exposure to modular furniture, laminated solutions, or architectural products. - Background in selling to premium/luxury real estate and corporate sectors. - Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales techniques.
