Key Responsibilities: Perform regular and preventive maintenance of packing machines , sewing machines , and weighing scales to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. Implement and monitor healthy maintenance practices , ensuring all equipment is operating safely, efficiently, and in accordance with standard safety protocols. Oversee inventory management of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring availability for scheduled and emergency repairs. Execute and maintain Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and records for all machinery and equipment. Plan and coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with external service providers, ensuring timely servicing and compliance with contract terms. Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other technical documentation related to equipment operation and maintenance activities. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: B.Tech in mechanical or electrical. Experience in maintaining industrial machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment. Strong understanding of preventive maintenance systems and inventory control. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and SOP. Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
