Position - Architect - Veeva CRM / SalesforceLocation- Any LTIM Location is fineKey Responsibilities:Lead the design and architecture of Veeva CRM and Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.Oversee the implementation of Salesforce features and Veeva CRM configurations, including workflow automation, data integration, and user interfaces.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions.Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and API integrations.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in the development of robust and efficient solutions.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and performance optimization.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Veeva and Salesforce platform releases, features, and tools, leveraging them for continuous improvement.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure seamless product performance.Manage and ensure data integrity within Salesforce and Veeva CRM systems, implementing best practices for data management.Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and data sources.Key Skills and Qualifications:At least 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong focus on Veeva CRM.Proficiency with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Data Loader, etc.Experience with Veeva CRM configurations and customizations.Excellent understanding of Salesforce security, scalability, and performance methods.Strong skills in API integration, data migration, and release management.Knowledge of integration with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies.Experience with data management, including data modeling, data cleansing, and data governance.Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with shifting priorities.Excellent problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
