The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, community engagement, and building strong relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Key Responsibilities:Social Media ManagementPlan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.Manage daily posting, stories, and community engagement.Monitor trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.Influencer MarketingIdentify and engage with influencers and content creators aligned with the brand.Coordinate influencer campaigns, including briefs, timelines, and deliverables.Negotiate collaborations and track performance metrics.Maintain and update an influencer database.Analytics & ReportingMonitor and analyze performance of social media and influencer campaigns.Generate reports with insights and actionable recommendations.Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.CollaborationWork with content, design, and marketing teams to align messaging.Integrate influencer marketing with overall brand campaigns.Requirements:1–3 years of experience in social media or influencer marketing.Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.Experience in influencer coordination and campaign management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
