Our real-world practitioners work collaboratively to deliver future-focused outcomes.Job Description: An Analytics manager will work on complex data analysis projects, develop advanced models, provide strategic insights, drive innovation in data science practices and oversee the data science team to ensure successful execution of data projectsResponsibilities:Must have minimum 5 years’ experience with in-depth knowledge of data science methodologies and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL and big data technologiesExpertise in statistical analysis, designing and evaluating complex data models, advanced machine learning techniques (Deep learning, Ensemble learning, Reinforcement learning, Clustering, Anomaly detection, AI techniques and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn)Proficient with data analytics tools (Excel, SSAS, SQL Server, etc), data ingestion, data cleaning, ETL frameworks, data modelling and data warehousingFamiliarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark, data architecture and data engineering principlesDraft project plans, identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies, create cost estimates, optimize resource allocation within project budgets, track project performance, conduct regular quality assessments and implement corrective actions to maintain accuracy and relevancyCollaborate with stakeholders & database teams to understand data structures, gather requirements, define deliverables and communicate roadblocks impacting deliveryStay up-to-date with the latest trends or technologies to implement best practices and ensure consistency across projectsQualifications & Skills:Certified Data Analyst equivalent to AWS, IBM, Google, Microsoft Azure, etcMicrosoft Excel (Basic Formulas, Pivot, Excel Functions)Data query language and ETL frameworks: (SQL, SSAS, etc)Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google CloudFamiliarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BIStrategic thinking to align data initiatives with a vision and ability to drive change or decision-makingAbility to interpret and communicate high-level insights to executive leadership in a non-technical languageExceptional leadership, team management and mentoring skills⚠️ Disclaimer: Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
