Job Title: Assistant Manager-Boiler & Turbine Location: Burdwan (West Bengal) Required experience: 5 years of experience Budget: (Upto 8.0) LPACompany Profile : is a private company incorporated in 2007, focused on the chemical industry, particularly the production of ethanol and its by-products.Job Purpose: To assist in managing the operations, maintenance, and performance optimization of boiler and turbine systems in the power plant, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient functioning in compliance with operational standards.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and control boiler and turbine operations in accordance with SOPs and safety guidelines. Supervise day-to-day activities related to start-up, shutdown, and load variations of boiler & turbine systems. Troubleshoot operational issues and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with maintenance teams for predictive, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of BTG (Boiler, Turbine, Generator) systems.
