We bring together creativity, strategy, and execution to deliver premium content across platforms.Role Overview:We are seeking a Creative Business Development Executive who is equal parts storyteller and strategist. This role is designed for someone who thrives on spotting opportunities, building client relationships, and working with creative teams to pitch and sell impactful content solutions.Key Responsibilities:Identify, connect with, and pitch to potential clients for branded content, digital video, and integrated marketing campaigns.Work closely with the creative and production teams to co-develop pitch decks and content strategies that align with client objectives.Lead proposal development, including scoping deliverables, timelines, and budgets.Manage initial client conversations, onboard them smoothly, and coordinate internal efforts to bring ideas to life.Keep a pulse on content trends across YouTube, Instagram, OTT platforms, and competitor brands.Support the growth of Schbang Motion Pictures by upselling and cross-selling services within existing and new client accounts.What We're Looking For:1–3 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or marketing roles within creative/digital/media/production agencies.A strong understanding of storytelling, branded content, and digital marketing landscapes.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think both creatively and commercially.Passion for content, film, and advertising culture.What You'll Get:A front-row seat to the process of building award-winning digital films and branded content.A dynamic, collaborative team that’s as focused on business growth as it is on creative excellence.The opportunity to work with some of India’s leading brands and creators.
