At Schbang Motion Pictures, creativity meets execution — from scripting to post-production, we bring ideas to life with agility and excellence.Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior Producer with experience across the end-to-end production lifecycle — from pre-production planning and budgeting, to shoot management and post-production delivery. This role demands a blend of creative vision, operational leadership, and strong client-facing abilities.Key Responsibilities:Lead the production of branded films, digital campaigns, video ads, and web content across varied formats and platforms.Partner with creative directors, clients, and internal stakeholders to interpret briefs and translate ideas into executable plans.Own the production calendar — including planning shoots, managing timelines, booking crews, locations, equipment, and ensuring smooth on-ground execution.Manage production budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure projects are delivered within scope and cost.Supervise post-production — editing, animation, sound, and color grading — ensuring creative alignment and timely delivery.Troubleshoot challenges on set and in post with agility and creative problem-solving.Mentor and guide junior producers and production coordinators on project management and execution standards.What We’re Looking For:5–8 years of experience in video/content production — preferably in advertising agencies, production houses, or media companies.Proven track record of producing high-quality branded content and working directly with brands or agencies.Deep understanding of film/video production, direction, and post workflows.Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and negotiation skills with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.A creative sensibility and eye for detail to uphold quality in every frame.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of production management tools (e.g., StudioBinder, Trello, or Google Workspace)Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve (basic level)Existing network of production vendors, crew, and post partnersComfortable working on both short-form social content and longer-form digital films
