We are looking for a senior executive responsible for overseeing the organization's human resources strategy, policies, and practices. They ensure HR functions align with the overall business objectives and drive a positive employee experience, contributing to the company's success.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Aligning HR with the business strategy, developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's goals, and ensuring HR is a value-added function. Operational Management: Overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, compliance, and health and safety. Talent Development: Developing and implementing strategies for attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent. Change Management: Leading and facilitating organizational change initiatives related to HR practices and processes. Stakeholder Engagement: Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, managers, board members, and external parties. Compliance: Ensuring HR practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters. HR Budget Management: Managing and overseeing the HR budget effectively. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing HR data and providing reports to senior management and the board. Leadership and Communication: Providing leadership and guidance to the HR team, and communicating HR policies and procedures effectively to employees. QualificationsA bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a Business-related subject, andA minimum 10+ years’ experience in a HR role.A minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role. • Fluent level of both spoken and written English.The ability to create a people strategy.Commercial acumen and experience of using metrics for driving performance.A pro-active attitude and a passion for leading with integrity.Superior interpersonal skills and a positive, approachable manner.A proactive and agile work ethic.A curious mindset, to think innovatively and rationally about concerns and come up with creative solutionsExperience of managing a skilled team and make quick but rational decisions.In-depth knowledge of Employment Law.
