This senior leadership role will drive the development of advanced analytics, campaign intelligence, and CRM strategies to unlock deeper audience insights, enhance personalization, and optimize ROI for both the agency and its clients.As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee the agency’s data strategy and play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver measurable impact across integrated marketing, media, and brand experience.Key Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipDefine and lead the data analytics and CRM vision for the agency, aligning it with client goals and industry best practices.Advise executive leadership and major clients on data-driven marketing strategies, personalization, segmentation, and campaign performance.Build frameworks that demonstrate clear links between creative campaigns and business outcomes using advanced analytics and attribution models.Data Analytics & InsightsLead a team of analysts and data scientists in delivering actionable insights from first-, second-, and third-party data.Oversee the development of advanced dashboards, media mix models, customer lifetime value analysis, and ROI measurement.Partner with planning, media, creative, and digital teams to integrate data across all phases of campaign execution.CRM & Customer IntelligenceDesign and implement CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention—both internally and for agency clients.Lead audience segmentation, behavior modeling, and automation initiatives using CRM platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot, etc.).Create data ecosystems that enhance real-time personalization, omnichannel targeting, and closed-loop marketing.Technology, Governance & InnovationOwn the agency’s marketing data infrastructure in collaboration with IT, digital, and external partners.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, India DPDP Bill), ethical use of data, and best-in-class governance.Stay ahead of trends in AI, predictive analytics, data clean rooms, and martech stacks to future-proof the agency’s capabilities.Team LeadershipBuild, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of analytics, CRM, and data strategy professionals.Foster a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and experimentation with data.Required Qualifications:Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in data analytics, CRM, or digital transformation, preferably within advertising, marketing services, or consulting.Proven track record of leading analytics and CRM functions in an agency or client-facing environment.Expertise in tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, CDPs (e.g., Segment, Tealium), and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud).Strong understanding of digital media measurement, customer journeys, attribution models, and brand lift analysis.Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills—comfortable working with C-level clients and stakeholders.Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
