In the coming years our vision is to onboard innovative products that go beyond topical solutions and focus on improving skin health.Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, ensuring the efficient use of marketing budgets, driving growth, and achieving performance goals. You will work closely with the performance marketing manager and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies that maximize ROI and brand visibility.Key Responsibilities:1. Campaign Management:o Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, affiliate, and other digital channels.o Create and implement strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and sales while maintaining or improving return on ad spend (ROAS).o Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to meet performance targets.o Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives and landing pages that align with campaign goals.2. Data Analysis & Reporting:o Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.).o Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.o Provide regular performance reports to senior management, identifying key insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization.3. Budget & ROI Management:o Plan and manage performance marketing budgets to achieve optimal returns.o Allocate budgets effectively across different channels based on performance, seasonality, and other relevant factors.o Ensure that campaigns are within budget while maximizing performance and returns.4. A/B Testing & Optimization:o Conduct A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.o Identify and implement strategies for improving ad performance and campaign efficiencies.5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:o Collaborate with the product, design, content, and sales teams to align performance marketing strategies with business objectives.o Work with the analytics team to set up proper tracking and reporting frameworks.6. Market Research & Trend Analysis:o Stay up to date with the latest performance marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.o Research competitors and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.7. Team Support & Training:o Support junior team members by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.o Assist in the development of new marketing strategies, tactics, and initiatives.Required Skills and Qualifications:· Experience:o Minimum 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.o Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).o Strong experience in using performance marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).· Education:o Bachelor’s degree .
