For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Senior Java WebApp Developer. We are looking for a motivated contractor. Candidates need to be fluent in English.Tasks and responsibilities:Understand the functionality of all the applications under Core Operations like iDesk, GTFP;Understand the integrations with other CIT applications and identifying the impacted areas for validations;Assist in any documentation or any artifacts as an example to document the local setup of all applications, build and deployment process, but not limited to these documents alone;Financial domain knowledge is an added advantage;Should have a hands-on experience with relational databased like Oracle;Understanding the applications architecture, documenting the data flows and the integrations;Participate in project meeting, coordination with onsite and offshore team;Timely resolution of issues and root cause analysis of each issue, raising the concern on time, reach out to the right stake holders for resolution whenever required;Ability to work and delivery the defined scope with good quality by following best practices across SDLC;Understanding CIT applications landscape is a must;Maintaining the application performance as earlier;Profile:Bachelor or Master degree;+8 years of experience in Web application development;Extensive experience in web development, application development, component development using Java technologies like Java, JSP, Spring, Oracle Database, Jboss server, WebSphere, Java script, React JS and Web Services;Good experience in AWS Components, Lambda, ECS, S3, Webservices, build and deployments;Working closely with web admins, OIS teams for frequent re-runs to make sure the vulnerabilities are fixed;Strong knowledge in monitoring and logging tools like App Dynamic, Splunk, CloudWatch;Should have strong technical skills in Java technologies – Spring Boot, Hibernate, JSP, JSF, JavaScript, Servlets;Should be good at Java messaging systems;Should have knowledge on Java API/Webservices;Should have experience in AzureDevOPs, CI/CD pipelines;Fluent in English;
