This role involves ensuring high teaching standards, developing training modules for instructors, and driving continuous learning initiatives to enhance student outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance (QA):Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks for instructor-led and online learning programs.Monitor and evaluate teaching methodologies, course content, and learner engagement to ensure consistency and excellence.Conduct regular audits, feedback analysis, and performance assessments to improve learning effectiveness.Collaborate with instructors, academic teams, and leadership to maintain high teaching and operational standards.Learning & Development (L&D):Design and execute training programs for faculty and support staff to enhance teaching techniques and digital delivery.Develop structured onboarding and upskilling programs for new and existing instructors.Create innovative, interactive learning materials (videos, assessments, guides) to improve engagement and effectiveness.Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among instructors and employees.Key Requirements:Experience: 2+ years in Quality Assurance, Learning & Development, or Training roles (preferably in EdTech, music education, or e-learning platforms).Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, Music Education, or a related field.Skills:Strong expertise in instructional design and learning methodologies.Experience in auditing and evaluating training programs.Proficiency in digital learning tools and LMS platforms.Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.Passion for music education and a keen eye for quality improvements.Why Join Artium Academy?Be part of a fast-growing, innovative EdTech company that is transforming music education.Work with industry experts and renowned musicians to develop world-class learning experiences.Opportunity to create a lasting impact on music education through structured and engaging training programs.
