Our targeted marketing strategies help businesses grow by generating a steady stream of qualified leads and achieving real results.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate and confident Digital Marketing Sales Executive to join our growing team.You will be responsible for selling digital marketing services, managing leads, and closing new clients — mainly in the U.S. market.The ideal candidate should have sales experience, a good understanding of digital marketing basics, and the ability to communicate well with international clients.This role offers a Base Salary + Attractive Commission structure.Key ResponsibilitiesSell SEO, PPC, Social Media Management, and Website Design services to businesses.Handle cold calling, outbound lead generation, and follow up on inbound leads.Communicate confidently with U.S. prospects in fluent English.Understand client needs and suggest the best digital marketing solutions.Manage CRM records, proposals, follow-ups, and client interactions.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Build and maintain strong client relationships post-sale for upselling and renewals.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in digital marketing sales or related fields.Basic working knowledge of SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and website design.Strong English communication skills (neutral or U.S. accent preferred).Proven ability to generate leads, handle objections, and close deals.Good negotiation skills and target-oriented mindset.Preferred Skills (Bonus)Previous experience working with international clients (especially U.S. based).Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.Knowledge of basic digital marketing reporting (nice to have, not mandatory).CompensationBase Salary + Commission (attractive and performance-based)Additional bonuses for exceeding sales targets.Why Join Us?Flexible hybrid working setup.Chance to work directly with U.S. clients.Strong career growth with clear incentives.Friendly, goal-driven work environment.
