Position: Manager– TrainingLocation: Gurgaon Employment type: Permanent Job type: Full timeProfile Summary:IGT Solutions is looking for a Manager – Training to manage team of Training Team. The position is responsible for the overall quality assurance & trainings. Primary Job Responsibility:Forming strategies pertaining to smooth functioning, development and execution of various tasks for the training team keeping in mind the vision of the organizationEstablish benchmarks for quality training services and maintain the sameEnsure effective implementation of systems and processes for measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of the trainingPlan budgetary projections pertaining to training so as to fulfil the learning needs of the growing organizationHelp in successful implementation of new channels of learning and development focusing on both conventional and non-conventional forms of training leading to optimization of the trainingLeads client presentations and reviewsManages client deliverables specific to training and reviews training performance with existing clientsProvides RFP Inputs and creates solutions to potential businessesPerform periodic assessments of classroom/facilitation skills of direct reports (Trainer Certification, Trainer Feedback Observation & Focus Group Discussions)Works with cross-functional teams to work retention plans thru employee engagementEducation and Essential Experience: Graduate in any discipline, with above average academic profileWith 3-4 years – 7-8 years training experience in BPO or Call Center industryAt least 2 years of experience as ManagerExperience of managing a large scale Operations Training DepartmentFamiliarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer serviceAbility to communicate effectively with senior management and other departmentsExperience developing yearly training plans and materials for all departments throughout the companyAbility to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneouslyFlexible and adaptive to work schedules Key Enablers:Excellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to Measure and Assess Staff Training NeedsStrong Communication and Interpersonal skillsInnovative ThinkingCritical ThinkingJudgment and Decision Making skillsService Orientation skillsTime ManagementOperations Analysis - Analyzing needs and product requirements to create a design.Complex Problem Solving skillsNegotiation SkillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsGood client interfacing skillsIt is our policy to provide equal employment opportunities to all individuals based on job-related qualifications and ability to perform a job, without regard to age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, colour, religion, creed, national origin, disability, genetic information, veteran status, citizenship or marital status, and to maintain a non-discriminatory environment free from intimidation, harassment or bias based upon these grounds.
