You will be responsible for developing strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment, and collaborating with senior leadership to build a high-performing team. The role will involve overseeing recruitment for our 10 branches in Chennai and other cities across India.Key Responsibilities:Lead realtor hiring & talent acquisition for Pan India (10 branches in Chennai and other cities).Develop recruitment strategies.Collaborate with business leaders for workforce planning.Design job descriptions & employer branding strategies.Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring.Build relationships with real estate agencies & platforms.Track recruitment performance & optimize processes.Requirements:Master’s degree in HR or a related field.5+ years of experience in HR/recruitment (real estate recruitment preferred, or sales recruitment is mandatory).Strong recruitment strategies and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
