We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role requires a strong understanding of historical financial performance, key operational and financial assumptions, and emerging business trends that could influence future outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring a broad expertise across accounting, finance, and business operations to drive insightful analysis and support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities: - Develop and continually improve budgeting processes, financial projections, and operatingforecasts.- Identify and investigate variances between actual, forecasted, and budgeted financials, proactivelysuggesting improvement opportunities.- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports for various business units anddepartments.- Analyze trends in key financial and operational metrics such as sales, expenditure, and profitmargins.- Monitor KPIs and identify the root causes of unexpected variances.- Implement business intelligence tools and develop dashboard reports to enhance reportingefficiency and visibility.- Prepare ad-hoc business performance reports and insights for senior management.- Build and maintain financial models to support business initiatives, investments, and strategicprojects.- Collaborate with the management team and Heads of Departments to provide data-driven analysissupporting business decisions.Skill - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance from Premier Institutes- 0 to 2 years of experience in finance or accounting- In depth knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles- Experience developing financial reports and metrics- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various managementlevels - Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment -Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills- Working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or any other similar tool.- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing prioritieswhile maintaining a view of the big picture- Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication- Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization- Experience in analytics is preferable
