It is a first-of-its-kind business firmly anchored in Collective’s expertise with marrying pop culture across the creator ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:● Media Relations: Develop and leverage existing media relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets to secure press coverage for the exclusive talents represented by BBS. This includes pitching story ideas, arranging interviews, and drafting press releases & quotes, day to day coordination with the PR agencies.● Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive PR campaigns to support the talent's career goals, including promotional events, and brand partnerships.● Crisis Management: Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage any potential crises or negative publicity in a proactive manner.● Brand Partnerships and Endorsements: Identify and pursue opportunities for brand partnerships, sponsorships, and endorsements that align with the artist's image and ethos.● Event Coordination: Coordinate press events, album launches, concerts, and other promotional activities, ensuring smooth execution and maximum media attendance and coverage.● Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor media coverage and PR metrics to evaluate the success of PR campaigns and provide regular reports to the artist and management team.● Liaise with internal & external stakeholders (External PR agencies) to work in a seamless manner.Requirements:● Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.● Proven experience of 4-7 years in PR, preferably who has worked with a boutique lifestyle PR agency.● Strong media relationships and a track record of securing press coverage.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.● Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative PR ideas.● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.● Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
