We’re India's top online home improvement & interior destination for consumers and the world & first design automation platform for designers.Profile: Studio HeadLocation: Studio Head (RR Nagar, Bengaluru)Years of Experience: 6 -9 yearsAbout the RoleAs a Studio Head, you will be required to own the end-to-end Showroom business ( Project Booking and Revenue ), ensure a delightful Customer Experience, and manage the Team Effectively.You will need to achieve monthly sales targets for projects through a team of 5 to 7 designers.Responsibilities :Ensure the Sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate throughput ( Min 40% )Booking of minimum of 6 projects per ID or min 40% conversion on the leads provided.Responsible for delightful Customer Experience in the Experience Center.Responsible for end to end Project management ( till project delivery ) through effective team managementResponsible for >4 average CSAT scores on every delivered project.Training and handholding the team of designers to ensure sales & enable them to achieve their targets.Bachelor's Qualification in B-Arch / Civil Engineering.7 to 8 years of work experience in Business Development and Growth.3+ years experience in B2C Sales along with Showroom management.
