Head - TechnologyLocation - MumbaiJob briefWe are seeking a highly-skilled Head of Technology to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and an expert in technological development. You will work directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.ResponsibilitiesDevelop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.Managing technology budgets and time frames.Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality, scalability and efficiencyBuild quality assurance and data protection processesOversee all system design and changes in system architectureTrack, analyze and monitor technology performance metricsUse stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technologyCommunicate technology strategy to CEOs and the BoardWork closely with Marketing, Product, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancementsRequirementProven experience as a Technology Head/Engineering Head or similar leadership role.About 15 Years of work experience & a minimum of 3-4 yrs of work experience as a VP/Technology headMust have good exposure to Agentic/Gen AI tools and technologiesExperience in working on an Ed-Tech platforms will be highly desirableExperience of working on B2B and B2C domains and platforms shall be usefulAbility to conduct technological analyses and researchExcellent project management skills agile is mandatory
