Designation: Appian ArchitectJob Description:Serve as the primary technical contact for Sales and Service Center (SSC) regarding their use of Appian and related tools. Identify and resolve technical issues, including bug reporting.Lead technical discussions with SSC business teams, exploring the application of Appian platforms to their projects. Present new features to address customer needs.Troubleshoot and debug application/software issues raised by end users.Document and track defects, issues, and enhancements to resolution using defect tracking tools. Perform root cause analysis.Implement and maintain reporting solutions, and optimize SQL code for performance.Proactively test for potential technical issues that users may face.Collaborate closely with the Application Development team on special projects.
