Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Pune, IndiaRole: Lead-Marketing (Branding)Job Responsibilities:Develop and lead brand strategy that aligns with our mission, values, and evolving product ecosystem.Define and maintain a cohesive brand identity, including visual style, messaging, and brand architectureTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Partner with product marketing, UX/UI design, engineering, and sales teams to embed branding into product experiences, launches, and touchpoints.Drive integrated branding campaigns to build awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.Oversee brand content, storytelling, and narrative development across web, social, digital ads, events, and more.Conduct brand audits and track brand health metrics (awareness, perception, equity) using tools like Google Analytics, Brandwatch, etc.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging tech to position the brand as an innovator.Work closely with creative and external agencies to execute brand campaigns and refreshes.Lead brand governance and ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications.Job Requirement:Should have been involved in making and executing company’s Branding strategyManage and evolve the brand identity, voice, and tone across all customer touchpoints.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, design, sales) and external partners (agencies, media) to maintain brand coherence.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities to strengthen the brand.Oversee brand campaigns and ensure effective messaging and creative execution.Monitor and report on brand performance metrics (awareness, perception, equity).Manage budgets related to branding initiatives and campaigns.Champion the brand culture internally and externally
