JOB OVERVIEW:As a Creative Copywriter at Newton School, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team, crafting persuasive and engaging copy across various platforms. From website content and blog posts to social media campaigns and email marketing, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand's voice and driving our messaging forward.RESPONSIBLITIES:Develop creative concepts and compelling copy for various marketing materials, including but not limited to advertisements, social media content, email campaigns, landing pages, blogs, and video scripts.Understand nuances of branded content and write creative copies and scripts for brand marketing campaignsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and generate ideas for campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to guidelines.Conduct thorough research to gather information on target audiences, industry trends, and competitors to inform the development of persuasive copy.Edit and proofread copy for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and spelling.Collaborate with designers to ensure the alignment of copy and visual elements in marketing materials.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentREQUIREMENTS:Minimum 5 yrs of experience as a copywriter or in a similar role, preferably in an advertising agency or brand.A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and impactful copywriting across various channels and formats.Excellent command of the English language with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging.Familiarity with SEO principles and the ability to optimize copy for search engines.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback and delivering high-quality work on time.A passion for creativity, storytelling, and staying up to date with industry trends.
